The 8 Best Way to Start Your Day!!


     Everyday when we get up in the morning, we will feel exhausted. That was because before go to sleep we did not set minds order or think what to do for tomorrow. My opinion is, we should have minds order before go to sleep every night. That will energize your body to wake up fast after sleep. With that, you can make a change in your life. 

     Follow this tips and I hope this will help people outside there to keep focus on their lives. Be gratefull everyday.

1. After opening your eyes, use 15 seconds and think for a moment whatthe good thing we want to do for today. For example, after work wanted to go to the night market.
 

2. Drink 2 glass of plain water.
 

3. Wake up soon, if you keep laying on your bed, later you became lazy. So hurry up and quickly wash your face.

4. Solah for Muslims and pray that today would go smoothly.

5. Move your body. If you got nothing to do, go do some exercise.

6. Update your time table. Check back have still not got it today
managed and set back all our tables today. Although we do not
work near my office still have to follow the schedule.
 

7. Promise you'll do well and be grateful for what we have.

8. Accept yourself sober and stay humble. Don't mind if you are not being a hardworking person or we have got diet plan is not successful, don't mind if your savings not enough. Accept yourself because that's us. Respect ourselves because we only know what we plan for ourselves after this.


     Do this for everyday in your life. This might help us to stay humble. Do not hesitate to share this healthy living style in your life. Be positive & stay positive no matter what happen in your life. Do your checklist and keep on track on what you've plan. Have a good day guys...
